The verification system is a procedure for verifying your identity, which allows you to make sure that the account is not used by third parties.
A request for additional verification may be triggered by any activity on the profile that looks like spam or may be a reason to suspect that the profile is being used by third parties.
There are two types of verification：video verification or mail confirmation using OTP - a temporary password.
Video Verification
This type of verification requires you to log into the account and upload a short verification video. Detailed instructions on how to quickly and successfully pass such verification can be found in the [Verification] tab in your profile after you have logged in.
Video requirements:
On the video, you only need to show your face to confirm identity and state current date and time.
- The video must be of good quality;
- all phrases on the video must be clear and easily distinguishable;
- the video must be recorded in one take;
- your face must be clearly visible on the video;
- The video must be uploaded within 24 hours after it was filmed.
Verification with OTP code
In this case, to access the profile, you need to confirm your email with a one-time password - OTP. This code will be sent to your login email after clicking the [Send] button in the [Verification code] window.
The received code is valid for 10 minutes after pressing the [Send] button.
Please note that the letter with the code may end up in the Spam folder. If the code has not arrived within 10 minutes, you can request it again using the [Resend code] button.
