Icebreakers have no specific criteria for the minimum or maximum number of messages or mails sent over a period of time.
Icebreakers are sent according to the following rules:
- Message or mail will be sent only to the users that you have not talked to on the website yet.
- Icebreakers tool is working only when your profile is ONLINE. After your profile status changes to OFFLINE, mass messaging stops automatically.
